Privacy Statement
At New England Biolabs, we are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers. The guidelines we use when collecting and processing information from our customers are listed below, and we will make every effort to give users as much control as possible over their personal information. In submitting your contact details via our Literature Request web forms you are agreeing to New England Biolabs (UK) Ltd using these details to keep you informed of products that we think may be of interest to you. You may remove yourself from our mailing list at any time by writing to mailing.uk@neb.com. In addition to personal information, New England Biolabs may collect non-personal information such as the domain names from which users visit (nih.gov or yale.edu, for example), referal data (did you come to our site from another URL?) , and possibly browser and platform type (for example, a Firefox browser on a Macintosh operating system). This data is never linked to an individual user and is used as aggregate data to help analyze and establish trends and statistics, after which it is discarded. NEB also uses "Cookie" technology to help customize the web site and enable shopping baskets.

Exchange and Storage of Customer Data
New England Biolabs does not share or exchange customer information with any companies other than New England Biolabs Inc, Cell Signaling Technology Inc, Brennan and Company (our distributor in Ireland) or companies working expressly on our behalf. Information provided by our customers as needed to fulfill requests and orders, or as used by companies working on our behalf to survey our customers, is maintained in strict confidentiality.
