Reagents for Immunofluorescence and Intracellular Flow Cytometry
 
Cell Signaling Technology offers a wide selection of secondary antibodies and control antibodies, as well as cellular dyes for immunofluorescence and intracellular flow cytometry. These same reagents are used in-house for antibody validation in flow cytometry and immunofluorescent analysis and therefore work optimally with CST's primary antibodies.
 
Intracellular Flow Cytometry
CST's antibodies for intracellular flow cytometry provide the researcher or clinician with new approaches to apply flow cytometry as a platform for the analysis of mechanisms underlying diseases, the identification of biomarkers and drug discovery.
 
Intracellular flow cytometry requires additional protocol steps to those used for analysis of cell surface markers. To aid your study of intracellular signaling by flow cytometry, CST scientists have developed a novel protocol for Combined Staining of Intracellular Proteins and Cell Surface Markers in Blood.
