Description:
10X ThermoPol Reaction Buffer is optimized for use with VentR® and Deep VentR™ DNA Polymerases. This buffer also provides superior reaction conditions for other thermophilic DNA polymerases, including Taq DNA Polymerase, as well as various other DNA and RNA modifying enzymes. Supplemental MgSO4 is provided to maximize flexibility for users that require additional Mg2+ for their specific application. Reaction Conditions:
At a 1X concentration, the reaction buffer assures optimal activity of VentR, Deep VentR, Taq and other DNA polymerases, as well as other enzymes for which ThermoPol Reaction Buffer is recommended.
