NEB has a complete line of plasmids available for expression of SNAP-, CLIP-, ACP- and MCP-tag fusion proteins in a variety of cell systems, including stable and transient mammalian expression systems and bacterial systems. In addition, control plasmids encoding fusion proteins that are localized to the nucleus (H2B), mitochondria (Cox8A) and cell membrane (ADRB2, NICIR, GPI) are available.
