Placing an order with NEB (UK) couldn't be simpler. All you need to do is request a Customer Account by sending us over your details, either via email or fax. If you already have an account you can order in several ways, then all you need is your unique NEB Customer Account Number and a valid Purchase Order number, which should be obtained from your Purchasing Office.

You can then send us your official order, quoting your account number, with all the required information for processing – please see below for the various ways to order.

For new Customers, once we receive your details and an account has been approved, we can set-up an account for you. 

Once set up, we will contact you by email with your unique NEB Customer Account Number and all our Company Information. You will then be able to place your first order straight away. Please note, ​ordering online is available for new customers the following working day, after account setup; this is to allow our system to update. You will need to register prior to ordering online – please make a note of your unique customer account number, as this is required during registration.
